Job profile - 

My Responsibility in the plastic Injection moulding, the shift consists of Supervise all the operations of plant, Machines, such as man power handling, assign all manpower to appropriate machines.

Responsible for all production related activity like achieving daily targets, reducing rejection, increasing work efficiency and maintaining records of daily production.

Distribution of work load to operators in order to achieve daily production target.

Organize and control the planning of production process and to achieve maximum production as well as to improve quality of products

Supervising hourly production.

Utilization of manpower accurately.

Troubleshooting and solving technical problems.

Organizing daily work at shop floor.

Handling skilled and unskilled manpower and administration of shop floor.

Ensured proper housekeeping and coordinating with workers.

Simultaneously working towards productivity and quality improvement through Kaizen activities.

Implement & maintain TPM, Lean manufacturing & 5S housekeeping systems in the Shop floor.
