Job Profile-

Trouble shooting & ensuring proper execution of breakdown maint. In plant.

Monitor & control proper functioning of equipment.

Good Knowledge in maintenance of Moulding Machine.

Preparation of Preventive Maintenance Predictive Maint (PDM) schedule for each equipment & check the execution of same  as per schedule.

Preparation of PM,& PDM budget for each equipment.

Analysing breakdowns, solved the problems & implement the repairing work process to minimise the breakdown. 

Directing daily maintenance jobs as per schedule & supervising the same.

Recording actual jobs attend, process time, breakdown time, production loss due to breakdown, cost of maintenance & root cause analyses.

Generating reports of daily maintenance, history of equipment.

Spare parts planning & purchase with purchase manager.

Help in vendor selection & development with purchase manager/commercial manager.

Monitoring & controlling progress of in-house & out sourced maintenance jobs.

Good knowledge & experience of ANNUAL SHUT DOWN work planning, preparing the bar-chart, preparing the list of spares/materials required for equipment, preparing bar chart for in-house & contractors jobs & prepare proposal for total cost of spares(BOM) & labour charges.

Check & verified the quality of spares/material received for maintenance department.

Manage the spares of equipment & raise the indent for the spares as per requirements.

Distribution of jobs to contractor team, checking the quality of work, measurement of the same on daily basis.

Good knowledge of planning & execution of preventive maintenance.

Maintenance of field instruments comprising of temperature, pressure, level gauges & transmitters, ON-OFF Controllers, Rota meters, Control Valves, Ball & Butterfly valves, Solenoid valves & pneumatic actuator.
