Job profile  -

Presently looking after 10 injection and 5 cube molding machines and supervising a team.

To look after preventive and breakdown maintenance of injection molding and Utility machines

To maintain all machine related documents i.e. Preventive,  Breakdown reports, NAS value inspection, Critical spare

reports.

RCA of major breakdowns, Fishbone diagram, MTTR and MTBF of machines 

Spare part management and inventory control for critical machine spare parts

Ensure 5s and TBT and train team regarding its importance

KAIZEN knowledge and implementation in workspace

To create maintenance reports 

Hydraulics system, hydraulic circuits and Pneumatics system knowledge

Knowledge of HSE, LOTO and other safety guidelines as per  industrial standard

Knowledge of MS excel,powerpoint and word

Good knowledge of Hydraulic and pneumatic valves functions and maintenance

Electrical panels, capacitor panels, synchronous motor,  alternator, Lead acid Batteries, solar panels, soler systems,
