Work experience in Production.& Quality 

Good knowledge of Production & Quality process. 

Daily Production planning 

Manpower handling 

Doing some needful kaizen and maintaining 5s in working area. 

On job training, safety training to team associates. 

Manpower planning as per weekly target to meet customer schedule. 

Ensure plan Vs actual as per given schedule and do gap analysis if target not achieved. 

4M change transition tracking 

Properly recording & analysis the production and rejection data per shift and taking corrective and preventive actions. 

Daily analysis of line rejection in various stages on shop floor and to ensure complete adherence of control plan

Daily inventory checking based on assembly plan to control over production. Preparation of weekly & monthly presentations for reviewing the targets, corrective and preventive actions. 

Conduct examinations for operator to evaluate skill level. 

Maintain safety stocks for critical operations to ensure smooth operation of assembly line. 

Assisting during new product development and ECN activities. 

Find gap between monthly inward and outward material to ensure inventory in assembly location. 

Make Multi skill development training plan and train team member according to the plan. 

Conduct Time study and identification of bottleneck processes to ensure optimized output.
