Handled Melt Blown (Plastic extrusion) machine, Ultrasound Machine & Pleat machine. As well as maintenance of the machine. 

Managing proper process and allotted manpower as per work stations.

Handle daily shift wise production scrap, rework, machine run time, machine ideal time 

Arranging all the necessary tools and tackles to workforce.                                             

Ensuring optimum utilization of available resources to match production plan.   

Ensure availability of raw material for production.    

Enter the details in Production report.

Ensure monthly updating of employee skill matrix.

Experience of Line balancing and lean manufacturing.
