Handling in-process quality and final quality inspection activity of chrome plated parts and related testings 

Review the Plating parts Rejection during online inspection of chrome plating parts and raised NC feed Back report to Plating Production department for Plating defects 

Update the document like-OPL,Defect matrix, Work instruction,Visual aid and control plan also 

Provided training to inspectors regarding Plating issues in house and customer complaints 

Doing red bin analysis activity for Plating rejections with CFT approach. 

Engaged in Product and Process Audit. 

Maintain 5S in Respective location. 

Doing thickness test, thermo cycle and cass test 

Uses different types of gauges and fixture for Warpage inspection of Plating Parts
