Responsible of fully computerized procurement process.

Properscreening of requisition given by user department before proceeding with procurement activities.

To conduct the preliminary negotiations with suppliers, to locate sources of supply, to obtain price quotations through

formal and informal procedures, to select vendors, and to  place purchase orders.

Purchase related all responsibility - new vendor development, Price Negotiation with vendor, PO releasing, material delivery and payment etc.

Material Received and issue.

Stock verify and update totals statistical record.

Reject Material Handling.

Stocks Maintain Of All Department Mechanical, Safety, ETP, 

Utility, Electrical, Production, QC, R&D.

Help storekeeper to enter opening stock in system to match  physical and system stock.

Enter GRN after assuring quality and if it is required reject  that material with rejection note also Issue materials and 

enter them in system.

Have sufficient knowledge of PO, GRN, RGP and NRGP, 

Reject note, issue slip entries etc. in system

Maintain Stock and given a report to Manager.

Maintain packing material, spareand miscellaneous receipt  registers.
