Job Profile- 

Taking care of Production and  Quality Management of products from injection moulding  Machine 120T to 275T Maintenance of mold log and arranging for mold refurbishment as per planned maintenance. 

Injection Molding machine  Ferromatik milacron (275 T), SM Injection molding machine (180 T) for PP caps. Hot runner molds of 24 cavity (138 BPM), 48 cavity (250 BPM) are used. 

Cap closing  machines, with a speed of 60 BPM to 140 BPM, depending upon the volume of caps. 

Looking into the  defects and further RCA done to find whether it is substantiated or unsubstantiated.

Analysis of Process variation and driving of Continuous improvements

Planning and execution of new trail initiatives.  Handling shift member operators and training them. 

Responsible for risk analysis and closure, proper utilization of man power and resources.

Ability to conduct tests and inspections of products, services, or processes to evaluate quality or performance
