Preparing SOP's, Manuals & Work Instructions for paint shop

Preparing Various Reports based on Data analysis for facilitating decision making by the top Management. 

Implementation and Execution of 3S and 3M in Paint Shop Floor.

Ensure the right flow of material in time to avoid production losses due to stock out. 

To control spillage and wastage of material.

Provide on job training to for improving skill.

To coordinate with the PPC team to Plan of finished goods as per marketing team requirement.



Engineering & Maintenance:-

Better utilization of space, cost reduction, man power saving and to increase the productivity.

Regularly ensure preventive maintenance to save breakdown time and cost.
