Execution of  Mold trails and ensure corrections as per trails.

Manufacturing & maintenance of Injection MOULDS, JIG& FIXTURES.

Knowledge of all types of assembly?s in molds (Hot runner & cold runner).

End to end mold maintenance activity including preventive maintenance scheduling and spares availability.

Mold Modification costing & cost finalization with supplier along with purchase team and estimation of mold cost & developing the molds.

Knowledge of measuring instruments, preparing and analyzing customer specifications for  various projects.

Knowledge of Hot runner installation.

Contribute as member for VAVE Team.

Render technical support to supplier & evaluating the supplier
