Responsible for Overall Quality (Supplier Quality, In-process Quality and Customer Quality).

Responsible for supplier handling, SQA Audit, PPAP at supplier end, supplier upgradation.

Responsible for Zero PPM from supplier end and at customer end.

Responsible for handling online quality team

Ensuring the control of Non-Confirming Product and initiating follow up of Corrective and Preventive actions.

Responsible for handling customer issues and resolve through simulation test & fill 8D/A-3 Report with proper root cause and corrective actions.

Responsible for Maintaining and monitoring Supplier PPM, Customer PPM, In-house PPM & preparing 

MIS data.  Rejection analysis (Red Bin analysis) by using problem solving techniques.

To take part in Morning Meeting, customer audits and system audits (IATF, EMS, EHS etc.)
