Troubleshoot and adjust molding parameters to maintain quality and max product output. 

Perform problem-solving to develop corrective actions for customer issues or to initiate continuous improvement. 

Customer interaction during development & development status weekly or monthly updating to Customer. 

New tool, jig & fixture development for new product. 

Identifying the New machine, testing equipment & instrument list as per customer requirement or drawing.

Conducting PPAP trial run for the new products in co- ordination with CFT.
