Nature of Job in IQC:- 

Inspecting the Incoming and outgoing motor 

Inspecting the electrical and mechanical properties of Motor. 

Inspecting the electrical fields on daily basis and approve the new samples. 

Inspection of CRCA CRNO steel before and after heat treatment. 

Inspection of motor shaft, motor field, copper wires, 

Inspection of seats metals and hardwires 

Knowledge of all process drawing. 

checking the mechanical, electrical properties of raw steel 

To assure quality and vendor ends. 

To follow up about the quality of incoming raw material and brought out product. 

To follow up in process inspection assembly line. 

To follow of the rubber components. 

To follow of the plastics polypropylene components. 

To follow of the plastics vulcanized fabrics and cock sheet. 



Instruments & In-house tests used for the purpose of Inspection:- 

Carbon determinator (For measurement of the carbon %)

Temp.Tester, moisture tester, air gauge tester, B.D.V. tester,
