Job profile -

Ensure the quality of all incoming raw materials by conducting the chemical, mechanical and weathering tests

Inspections like shade & color matching, Print Quality Programming by Ink Pilot, Glossiness and Rub resistance of printed film, dimension of print etc

Conducting product inspections at various stages (planned as well as random)to ensure        quality specifications are being met with, without any slippages.

Carrying out trials & standardized tests, securing approvals from higher Managerial authorities and customer for further action. 

Setting up, implementing and managing quality processes in the plant as per internal quality, 5S and ISO 9001 and BRC standards.

Coordinating with vendors and sub-contractors for the procurement of raw Materials, equipment and other required services at cost-effective rates and securing delivery within schedule.

Resolving all non  conformance related to product and process { i.e., Customer related And implant non-conformance}

Ensuring Calibration of Test & Measuring equipment.

To ensure Quality System Procedure has its emphasis on defect Prevention.

Coordinate with the planning Department Prepare the planning schedule for production & Dispatch.

Assist & support plant supply chain for vendor evaluation. Execute projects to improve vendor internal efficiencies.

Assist & support plant commercial team for costing of packaging materials & vendor conversion rates.

Assist & support corporate quality team for developing packaging material quality systems.
