Job profile -

Establishes production standards of efficiency , minimum wastage's and maximum utilization of resources (Machines, raw material and manpower). 

Co ordinate with sales marketing department to plan production capacities according to monthly sales projections. Monitor production vs sales to review production schedule accordingly. 

Ensure enough replenishment of finish goods supply. Apply effective modification on production plan for timely production of special orders. 

Control production department's budgets and contribute in the company saving plans. 

Prepares annual manpower plan. Make sure all vacant positions are filled in co ordination with senior management.
