To manage the Plant operations with effective utilization of all resources and implementing industry best practices that 

contributes to improve productivity and efficiency.

To manage end to end production to achieve the daily/monthly targets of the company through efficient, quality and 

cost effective production

Responsible for creating short and long term operational strategy in line with company vision and implementation of 

the same.

Responsible for improving profitability by process improvement, producing value added products at economical cost 

and cost optimization.

Ensuring optimum level of stock of raw materials/ spares/ consumables and other resources to have uninterrupted 

production.

Ensure Overall Production effectiveness (OPE)/ Overall Equipment Effectiveness (OEE) for achievement of all 

Production Targets with respect to Quantity, Quality, Cost and Delivery.

Ensuring for safeguarding men, machinery, products, raw materials and other resources.

Identify and initiate improvement project to enhance safety, quality.

Root Cause Failure Analysis of Major Problems.

Liaoning with other internal/external departments for Plant/customers related issues.

Maintaining quality control and implementation of ISO and other quality standards.

Reduction of Wastage to the ideal standard as set from time to time.

Heading customer focused team for achieving customer expectation with respect to quality, delivery & cost.

Monitor dispatch plan as per customer requirement.

Daily Documentation & preparation and analysis of DPR , Daily Stock Report and Manpower planning etc.

Conducts or directs regular training to all employees of Molding Division to enhance their skills set from time to time.

Reviews production schedules, work orders, and assigns duties to Shift Engineers/Shift Supervisors according to order

Daily record of RM consumption in plant.

Ensuring 5S on daily basis in entire production floor and related areas.
