Receiving the material as per Invoice & purchase order, ensuring the stock as book and physical tallies.

Preparation of GRN and recording of the same in GRN register.

GRN with material handling to quality for clearance.

After GRN cleared from quality, material properly racking in racks.

Issuing material to production & service department and ensure to get the signature on Material Issue List of their concern project supervisor.

Making finished goods.

Preparation of Dispatch Advices, Packing List, Invoices and E-way Bill for dispatch of material.

Co-ordination with the production department for completing jobs so that material can be dispatches with the time frame.

Updating the LR/ Docket details in ERP system.
