Job Profile - 

To work as an independent owner of respective shift.

To support the production process for handling and preserving of raw material, components and scrap.

To adopt discipline and best business practices in Plastic Molding Shop for efficient and effective 

Functioning.

Position Objectives:

Co-ordination with the maintenance department to carry out preventive and break down maintenance,

Optimization of cycle time of all running molds and to validate the process with related ISO 

documents..

To implement decisions taken by superiors at shop floor.

To provide on job training to new workers and operators.

To ensure proper housekeeping,safety of man,machine, utilities etc.

To ensure the quality output of molded parts as per FPA sample.

Interaction with other department slike quality control,maintenance, material and tool room.
