I have been successfully working independently as a Shift Engineer of World Class /Injection molding shop floor containing higher tonnage injection molding machines up to 2000Ton.

PRODUCTION PROCESS:Practical experience off process setup, trouble shooting with less rejection.

RAW MATERIAL PROCESSED:HIPS,PBT,ABS,PVC,PA6&66,PP,LDPE,LLDPE,HDPE

MACHNES HANDLE:   Ferromatic 450 T- 1500T,  Toshiba 450T, JSW-300 T, L&T 180,ENGEL 250,WINDSOR, PRIKAN, ELECTRONICA.

MOULD TYPE:2 PLATE , 3PLATE, MGO sequence type, Core(hydraulic & pneumatic).

ANCILLARY/UTILITY HANDLED:Chiller, Raw material conveying(Toshiba), Air-compressor

HRTC (yodo),Mould master.HRS Flow.

MTC  -witmann, TOSHIBA , l&t.

PPC: To follow up daily production planning control organise mold changes on daily basis with priorities best mold & m/c combination. Monitored required R/M, MB, Packing accessories (box, polybag, trolleys) as per respective to run all planned moulds without stoppage..

REPORT: To prepare shift production report based hourly production report of every machine, mold unloading report , Breakdowns reports, Rejection analysis report etc.
