Total purchasing control as per project costing.

Visit bought out vendor for issue resolution as required.

Review with all team member regarding pending PO status. 

Budget management. Take Allocation BOM from store Department with Approved by store head.

If any Indent & LLBOM from PPC/Production take with Approved by Plant head. Final Negotiation with suppliers. Service PO/Open PO/Labour PO/Brought out PO/Capital PO/Import PO.

Check all raised PO and give Approval for purchasing.

Cost Saving. For Steel Each month take fresh quote from different suppliers. 

Problematic Invoices Clear from suppliers (Brought out mtrl.)

Solve Transport issues.

Monthly Supplier payment list. 

Good Knowledge of All SPM related (Types of RAW mtrl.Tools, Pneumatic cyl & power pack. HMI, 

PLC). 

Responsibility of Steel ,Fabrication, machining, Electrical, control panel, motors, consumable, 

Safety material, all types of Service provided.
