Window person for all BOP and Ancillary suppliers. 

Responsible for incoming inspection of Raw material, BOP, Ancillary & Packaging

materials.

To conduct Supplier product and process audit, Facing Customer Audits and timely

closure of all audit observations.

Ensuring the calibration of Instruments used for incoming inspection.

Handling of suppliers regarding new part development and existing part quality.

Involvement in new part development activities and verification of PPAP documents.

Co-Ordination with concern depts and suppliers during every step of NPD.

Layout inspection of BOP & final new development parts.

Leading a team of 8 Inspectors to control rejection at production line and Quality of

receipt material.

Initiating, implementation & Verifying effectiveness of corrective actions at supplier end.

Responsible for conducting third party testing of BOP parts and their chemical and
