Job profile -

Procurement of Raw material required in bulk quantity for manufacturing process

Procurement of chemicals required for analytical, application Lab and Research and Development purpose.

Procurement of packing material such as Drums, Liner, Bags etc.

Procurement of General material such as stationery, IT work etc. 

Handling vendors from the beginning including price negotiation, material delivery follow up to the stage of payment.

Was actively engaged in all vendors related discussion for bulk/ container procurement.

Follow up with finance department for payment of vendors.

Continue in touch with manufacturing plant for their requirement as to avoid last minute rush to procure material.

Have good knowledge of Inventory management system including physical verification of inventory.

Maintain the record of indent, P.O, Store stock etc. 

Handling local and merchant sales.

Creation of sales order in tally.

Obtaining orders from local customers.

Couriering product samples and pre shipment sample to customers.

Couriering sales invoice copy to the customers.
