Production control for 5 layer BOPP line (Biaxially Oriented PolyPropylene).

Handling team of 20 engineers and trainee.

Day to day planning for shift hours and crosscheck the parameters for production.

Fill the checklist ensure that the production process is in line with the previous shift.

Planning of raw material and manpower according to daily output.

Follow-up with QC specification and taking care special requirement from client.

Plan the shutdown with maintenance team for any troubleshooting problems.

Inter disciplinary coordination for smooth operations.

Ensuring final product quality meets the specified production standards.

Ensuring safety standards as per norms.

Preparation of details shift report and handover to incoming shift in-charge.
