Handling of running production Trouble Shooting.

Handling of Material like as HDPE, PP and PET.

Prepare and Maintain proper documentation compliance.

Achieving process plan as agreed time schedules within the defined quality and safety standard.

Control and maintain the cost for product yield and product wastage and manpower as per budget.

Taking the different types of mold Trial, color Trial as per plan.

Analyses and report the task assigned.

Ensure quality products manufactured meet product specification.

Ensure all activities are carried out timely, viz. daily production volumes postings in line with actual Volumes, breakdown notifications, checking daily PPM, stock checks.
