Delegate task effectively and analyze reports to improve efficiency and output .

Ensure all machine are always in full working order and investigate any problems.

Complete production reports on weekly and monthly basis and present is to board of directors.

Supervise production employees at all time on the manufacturing floor.

Resolved any issue that production workers faced and helped standard operation to resume.

Worked with manufacturing workers and maintenance staff to coordinate repair and

minimize down time, prioritizing getting all machine back to full working load quickly.
