Job Profile- 

Handling 6 BFW & 14 Orion m/c individually in shift.

Fixture, Job and tool setting as per production plan.

Program modifying as per operation requirement.

Job Profile-

Managing a team of 25-30 numbers operator in a shift.

Plan the schedule for production on daily basis and manage the manpower according to daily production targets.

Supervised efficiency, productivity, and quality of Operators output.

Maintaining record of daily production records and losses.

Daily arranged LDMS meeting with management employee to discuss previous day problems, breakdowns, rejections and discuss about corrective & preventive actions.

4 step training given to new operator (Prepare employee, Show and instruct, Practice skills, Continuous training) and on job training given(Position standard, Element sheet, Work instruction,CLIT,5s and Safety) on daily basis.

Competence matrix updated at daily basis and Skill level up gradation each 3 months of operators.

Training given about machine parameters, Poke yoke, Hydraulic and Pneumatic machine process.

Reduce planned and unplanned down time by maintenance and repair work is done faster and better, Trained operators for better at keeping machines well maintained, helping avoid equipment failure in the first place

Monitor and improve productivity to keep up with deadlines.

Ensure production quotas and quantity standards are achieved continuously.

Enforce safety and health policies and procedures and investigate and report accidents.

Provide product expertise within the team and respond to machinist queries.

Work out the critical & expected shortage for the day-to-day production.

Work out the customer complain and take corrective actions to avoid such complaints in future.

Active participation in stock (Inventory) taking on daily basis and material shortage.

Working with ENGG & R&D department for new part & new tool and fixture development.

Implementation of 5S & Kaizens on shop floor.

Check the OEE data, line efficiency, daily production, rejection report and analysis
