Job profile -

Responsible for all production related activity like achieving daily targets, reducing rejection & 

lumps generation, increasing work efficiency, maintain record of daily production, rejection verification 

with production report.

To removed trouble shooting of process by optimizing the process, increase productivity.

To make standard parameters for M/C operation and set M/C under parameter. 

Improve production with good quality and reduce PPM and to do RED BIN analysis. 

Shift management and job distribution of entire manpower by utilizing all available.

Fill up process parameter Monitoring & Machine startup check sheet.

Return loose or balanced raw material, child parts from shop floor by generate daily MRN.

Ensure work instructions & operation standard availability on the machine.

Successful trial of new mould & prepare their document.

Production entry & reporting to Production Manager for any abnormalities.

On job training to operators.

Ensure maintain 5S on the shop floor & making kaizen for continuous improvement.

Recording of out put of individual for de flashing/assembly and packing.  Ensure mould change on time and taking minimum time.  Conduct Mould / material trial.  On job training to operators.
