In charge of Production Deptt. Having around ten transfers moulding and three injection moulding Machine.

Planning, execution & fulfillment of production & productivity target & implementation of lean management Concept. 

Ensured continuous improvement in O.E.E with high first time quality through TPM, TQM kaizen & poke yoke activity. 

Ensured all technical tools (APQP, SPC, and MSA & KANBAN) to be active on shop floor for continuous improvement. 

Ensured continuous shop floor up gradation & discipline through Kaizen & 5S activities. 

Ensured the total effectiveness in shop floor as well as departmental activities by conducting internal audit after providing adequate training and knowledge to subordinate staff & workers. 

Ensure all maintenance activities& records like Daily preventive maintenance,Annual maintenance,Machine History Cards&Preductive Maintenance etc..
