Timely Maintain all machine in working condition to meet production out put.

Manage/Implement all system as per requirement (ISO, EMS, OHSAAS, CE).

Design SOP for the department to avoid any accident, System failure etc.

Reduce Wastage, Rejection, rework, Inventory

Always Motivate the team with a positive manner to improve team skill as well as CFT team bonding.

Handle machine related issue, Quality related issue, Departmental issues etc.

Job profile- 

Responsibility of Production operations 

 To Plan/Coordinate/procurement/availability of raw material/ Utilities on Daily/ Weekly basis.

To develop & set guidelines for Health/ Safety norms/procedures in the Production Area in coordination with Plant HR.

Ensure minimum wastage and startup rejection up below 1.0%

Plan/ ensure adherence to laid down quality standards and SOP's.

To maintain MIS pertaining to Production schedule/ actual realization on daily/ monthly basis.

To achieve "zero" defect commendation from customers end.

Plan /Monitor utilization& performance of manpower resource for production commitment on Daily/ Weekly basis.

To strive for excellence in all spheres of production operations.

Maintain record of all Machines, Tools, and molds required to undertake Production on daily/ weekly / monthly basis.

Plan / initiate developmental/ training schedules for skills development of staff in the department on monthly basis.

Ensure all timely compliances / due diligence (if any) is undertaken as scheduled.

To do any other job as may be assigned by the management from time to time.
