Job profile-

Responsible for Start Up & Shut down Injection Moulding Machine. 

Performing Mould loading & UN-loading.

Keeping the responsibilities a bout the production in given plan. 

Responsible for machine setting and machine parameters at the time of mould change over or machine start up. 

Provide trouble shooting and technical assistance for moulding and machine problems. 

Improcess Quality checking and re medical action taken if any problem. 

Work with the Quality control department on any Quality problems.

New Tool strials.

Responsible for availability of raw material for the next shift and as per the plan. 

Kept work are a clean for safety purpose according to company Policy.

Maintaining 5 s system on shop floor. 

Handal centralized feeding system (CFS)
