Job profile-

Daily monitoring of production targets.

Identification of wastage and waste elimination (3M), work distribution and line balancing by time study in

order to reduce the down times as well as to maximize the productivity.

Responsible for improvement practices like 5S, Kaizen and POKA-YOKA in shop floor to improve productivity.

Daily rejection analysis and applying the counter measures to the problems.

WIP and inventory stock .  Daily, weekly and monthly reports which include production reports, scrap ratio, OEE, rejection trend ,top three defect analysis, productivity improvement.  

Maintaining the Documentation as per requirements.

Handling manpower per shift.

Time to time training for manpower.

Responsible for every change in section.

To set the process data according to rubber in section.
