Job Profile :

I started my career in raffia industries as a Tape plant in charge in 2010, and now in 2023 i working as a  GM Quality. Between this tenure I worked in several companies as a shift engineer, Quality in charge, Quality Manager, Production manager, General Manager and learn lot of things, still I am learning.



My working profile in my current company is to ensure national or international quality standard parameter in our product. National according BIS (Bureau of Indian Standard) and International according ISO, ASTMD, etc.



Denier,Shrinkages,GSM,Strength & elongation, Tear strength, Puncture strength, Burst strength, Hydrostatic pressure, Carbon black content ,carbon black dispersion, ash content, polymers melt flow rate,UV test, ageing, Impact test, Hook test, sandwich peel off test, water proofness test,etc.,these are 

some routine test those we are doing in regular way.



Apart from these, maintain monthly BIS production record, test record and sales record lot wise, and updating all these data online on BIS site.

Making BOM against order and doing production planning according dispatch schedule. 



Calculate raw material cost at every stage like tape production cost, Unlam fabric production cost, Lamination cost, Printing cost, sealing cost and dispatch cost as well.



Ensuring lowest waste and rejection generation in processing, Arranging daily short floor meeting with quality supervisor, production supervisor,operator,fitter and department head .Discussing on daily facing problem, production target, quality issues, maintenance issue,etc to avoid any kinds of major breakdown, quality complains so that product can deliver on time with zero defect.



Doing R&D on product development, sample analysis, fabric weaving pattern, process atomization.



Finding way of cost reduction through off grade polymer trail, through reprocessed used, through utilizing manpower efforts, through smooth production planning, etc.



I am responsible for production, quality and other process related issue to run factory smoothly.



Complete green field project 

Rajgarh,Madhyapradesh with Polyfirm packaging private limited in August 2021.Set up all  processing machineries ? One tape plant, Twenty circular looms, One lamination plant, One four color flexo printing machine, One valvometric BCS machine, Six manual stitching machine, One hydraulic bale press machine, One cooling tower, Two chiller, Two air compressor. Set up a complete laboratory with  Humidity chamber, Universal testing machine,MFI testing machine, Ash content testing machine, UV tester, electronic weighing balance for denier and GSM,etc.



Visited DR Congo in September 2018 and Bahrain in October 2014 as an expert adviser for machine setup for woven sacks project work



Future Goals: 
A polymer professional (CIPET Ahmedabad) having 14 years of rich experience in HDPE/PP raffia 

industries. Expert in making all kinds of HDPE Tarpaulin,Geomembrane,Vermibed,Lay-flat tube (lapeta 

pipe) and PP woven sacks like Cement bag, Sugar bag, Fertilizer bag, Anti-slip bag,etc.
