Job profile-

Checking of E- Mails on the daily basis and acknowledging the mails. 

Placing booking as per instruction of senior & follow up for the same.

Preparing Pre-Shipment Documents like Export Invoice, Packing List etc.

Preparing Bank Documents, Post Shipment Documents like  Invoice, Packing ,GSP, Certificate of Origin, Related documents to L/C and handling all export work 

Providing Approval of Checklist, Bl Draft, and Fumigation & Phyto Certificate.Co-ordinate with CHA, freight forwarders and Shipping Agents for shipping d Co-ordinate with the shipping lines for the 1st check Copy to final B/L. 

Co ordinate with buyer for documents & payment related to shipment. 

Making day to day entries in tally.

Preparing of All Kinds of Commission & Freight payments.

Preparing documents for submission of Bank Realization Certificate (BRC).

Follow up on uploading of BRC from bank and maintain the record of the same.

Export Related duty drawback//RoDTEP claims follow up and maintain the record of the same.

DGFT documentation & Coordination with Consultants.                                        

Preparing Statement of Export Promotion Capital Goods (EPCG) license and Trading House Certificate.

Filling monthly returns of Agricultural and Processed Food Products Export Development 

Authority (APEDA) and Quarterly Return of Food Safety and Standards Authority of India (FSSAI). 

Export Related Certifications validations i. e . FSSAI, ISO+HACCP etc..

Any other ad-hoc tasks assigned by exports manager
