Job profile-

Maintain daily process activities by filling process log book

Supervise all process parametets as per SOP and SOC

Co-ordination with quality department for final product quality and take corrective action for quality improvement

Co-ordination with production planning department for better production management

Executing various production trial run for new product development and improving current product quality

Keep record of daily raw material requirement, consumption and record of finished product using SAP

Provide technical data to R&D dept for quality improvement of product

Implementing projects for wastage reduction in process

Implement CAPA on customer  complaint.

Mainly working on High Shrink Polyester film production.

Handling production from 38 micron to 55 micron.

Maintain quality of film by optimising process parameters.

Reporting to line in charge and plant head about daily production report and dispatch-able output

Handling all activities in line stoppage with co-workers from line stoppage to line startup.
