Job profile- 

Responsible for releasing the finished goods material as per quality & inform to the purchase department. 

Testing analysis of the compounding materials. 

Have a Good knowledge in T&I and QC activities. 

Coordinate with Maintenance department for at random trouble shooting. 

Daily basic yield analysis and consumption report and wastage control analysis Process inspection, data sheet evaluation, rejection analysis Setting machine parameters and controlling trouble shooting areas of the machines. 

Follow 5S, kaizen Systems Daily implementation of our process. 

Analyze quality performance utilizing using statistical l& analytical tools & methods. 

Implement methods to inspect, test & evaluate reliability, precision, accuracy of the processes, product & production equipment. 

Ensure on time processing of nonconforming materials. 

Coordinate with supplier & customers relating to quality trends, performance & corrective actions. 

Verify conformance& productivity of quality engineering system through supplier audit & surveys
