To ensure optimum utilization of man, material, machine & mold in shift.

Manpower control and utilization.

Prepare the sap report and monthly production report also presentation. 

Preparing day to day machine performance report and follow up of machine breakdown analysis like that.  Mould change as per production programmed.

Customer complaint solving.

Mould setting, process parameter setting.  Daily lumps and rejection monitoring.

Attending mold break downs.

Man power handling.

Trial of new master batch and shade made for approved color shade.
