Coordinating production workflow for multiple products

Planning and prioritizing operations to ensure maximum performance and minimum delay

Determining manpower, equipment and raw materials needed 

Organize production according to demand and quality standards

Schedule shift according to production needs

Managing manpowers , daily meeting of operators in shift ending to discuss production target and discipline work with safety 

Responsible for in process inspection of job carried out in Injection moulding Department

Rejection & Rework review and analysis.

Implement the work procedure in shop floor

Involved in the implementation of system in the company for the improvement

Involved in documentation for injection moulding department(production)

To ensure man, m/c and mould safety in day to day working.

Involved and preparation for new machines setup and document on shop floor.
