Job profile- 

1: Knowledge of most of the conventional machines such as:- Drilling machine, Milling machine Grinding machine, Lathe machine,Power hacksaw. EDM

2: Overseeing of tool room activities to ensure the timely delivery of Injection molds, IBM mould 

3: Mould maintenance inspection, repair, polishing, and attending to mold problem.

4: Trouble shooting & online problem solving for the injection mould  on Production cycle.

5: knowledge of various measuring instruments and their applications, Micrometer, Vernier caliper, Filler gauge, depth gauge etc.

6: Knowledge of Injection molds with Hot Runner systems & Hydraulic to trouble  shoot all type of problems while production.

7: Documentation for breakdown, Preventive Maintenance &Repair of Battery containers  & lid molds  Mixer jar and it's accessories , elcetric switch, flip cap mould, Bucket mould, pharmaceuticals mould Maintenance all the records  like reports, assembly plan as well checklist of molds History card. 

8: Communicate with Work and Manager and tool room Area/Shift leaders, and other plant personnel about tool room concerns, providing complete action plans and status reports as and when required.

9: Guiding the Tool room employees for a better working environment.

10: To analysis quality problems in the root cause, corrective action and preventive action.
