Job profile- 

Manufacturing Process Knowledge of Compound mixing (Carbon & Silica Based).

Specialty in compound mixing and recipe preparation for color compound (Silica Based).

Ensure material after mixing process and adjustment of color as per customers? color requirement.

After mixing of compound, analyze the final product after curing (making slab in Lab).

On regular basis analyze mixing sequence and do pilot projects on that for improvement and betterment of properties of final compound.

Do process mapping and implement flowchart of Intermix mixer and Banbury for smooth processing.

Conducting development trial and validation to incorporate in specification.

Conduct plant experiments, cost reduction process and cycle time reduction trials.

Cure tire defect analysis and actions for improvement.

Inter department co-ordination (Quality Circle) for solving process and product related problems and to ensure smooth operation in the manufacturing process.

RAW Material Release and Accept as per technical specification.

Standardize all Technical /Quality process parameter.

For process run smoothly implement and regularly monitor following tools: (a)Ishikawa

(B)Check sheet (C)Control charts (D)Histogram (E)Pareto chart

Scrap and Defect Control Related To Tire Curing, Tire Building, Tread Extruder, Bias cutter, Bead Extrusion, Calendar, Calendar Head Extruder and Mixing (Carbon & silica based).

Trouble Shooting & Root Cause Finding Approach during Abnormal Process Behavior in Tyre Curing, Tyre Building, Tread Extruder, Bias Cutter, Bead Extrusion, Ca-lender, Calender Head Extruder and Mixing (Carbon & silica based).

Data Collection on Daily Basis for Critical Parameter Related To Process like Mould Temperature, Internal Temperature/Pressure (Steam/Hot Water), Curing Time/Cycle Time, Green tyre weight, Ply Width, Ply Gauge, Ply weight Per Meter, Tread Width, Tread Gauge,Tread Weight Per Meter,Tread Length,Inner liner width,Inner liner Gauge,Inner liner weight/meter,Bead wire dia check,Bead circumference check,Bead thickness check, Carbon Dispersion, Mooney viscosity, Rehometric property value, specific gravity .

Provide training to workers for control of scrap & defects.

Development of compound for better process & quality product.

Maintaining Lab Test record Mooney viscosity, Specific gravity, Reho metric test and Carbon Dispersion test daily.
