	Knowledge about additive masterbatch, special effect masterbatch, color masterbatch, black masterbatch, filler masterbatch.

	Make proper documentations for ISO certification.

	Make TDS, COA, MSDS, FDA Certificate REACH & ROHS Self declaration Certificate.

	Handling the customer complain and new product trial.

	New colour MB development and Costing of Master batch.

	Online checking record for running production.

	Raw material testing (basically pigment testing).
