JOb profile  -

Planning and undertaking scheduled maintenance of the machines, Equipment?s and tools to

avoid the breakdowns.

Also manage on time availability of tools to ensure continuous production & increase of over all

equipment?s effectiveness.

Plan and schedule, monitor and report the in house/outsource toolroom activities for mould

design, mold development, rectification, Repair, Machining mold finishing etc.

Prepare and maintain a list of spare parts which are used in the toolroom repairing and replacing

works. And related activities while ensuring the availability of spare part accordingly.

Assist production head in developing the short term and long-term tool maintenance strategy for

the company in line with the overall production plan.

Ensure minimize production disruptions owing to breakdown due to tool maintenance.

Maintain record for a list of molds, List spare part, Kaizen, V30 winner, Mould repair and their

history, MTTR&MTBF, ISO Audits, ENMS Audit etc.

I Have over all responsibility?s conversion machining knowledge of (SG, MILLING, PLANO,

SPOTTING, LATHE, DRILLING Machines).

Review the tool specification and design reviews as per the standard.

Provide the technical information related tool drawing, 2D design and tool design approval to

outsource vendor.

Oversee the daily management of the too room operations.

Provide the technical support and problem solving for day-to-day activities.
