Plant Operations:-

Smooth Functioning of the plant:-

Follow strict rules and description for the smooth operation &system of the plant.

Personnel Control:-

Prepare shift charts & maintain requisite nos of employees for smooth operation in 

event of emergency like sickness, accident or leave.

Maintenance:-

To correspond and co ordinate and maintaining strict schedule of each and every 

machine. To access the life of spares and conduct preventive maintenance. To keep 

ample stock of spares not available in local market.



Occupational Health & Safety:-

Every employee is informed to carry out operations keeping health and safety in 

mind. Achieved by following strict rules of safety.

1.Wearing protective clothing, safety shoes, mask gloves on shop floor.

2.Access the safty equipment's like fire extinguisher, fire fighting pump available



Production planning:

Production planning done every 10 days looking into orders in hand and strict 

adherence to it. Changes if any only in case of emergency.

 Quality Control:

Quality control is done after every shift is over. The tanks are thoroughly checked 

at the end of each shift. Ultrasonic thickness gauge is used to check the wall 

thickness of the tank. Cut samples are subjected to drop dart test on go process. 

Raw material is in powder form, sieve test & bulk factor is checked before 

consumption. Strict check is done to the moulding parameters.

 Purchases:

Co ordinate with supplier for purchase of regular consumables & spares for plant. 

The system is as follows:

a.Purchase requisition is filled and approved as per requirements.

b.L.P.O Issued to the suppliers.

c.GRN is prepared after receiving the goods.

d.Entering in the stock card.

 Stock Control:

Register is maintained for raw material received and issued on daily basis. Stock 

taking of raw material, finished, semi finished, consumables and moulded tanks is 

conducted at the end of every month in presence of Chief Accountant.
