Study of Purchase Requisitions received from User, Project Leader, Store.

Study of drawing/Rough costing.

Send RFQ (Request for Quotation) to different suppliers.

Get the QUOTATIONS from Suppliers.

Make COMPARATIVE Statement.

NEGOTIATE, Fix the Price and Terms & Conditions.

Place the ORDER to the right Vendor.

Review with supplier on daily or weekly basis and ensure on time procurement.

Logistics arrangement for the collection of Material

Supplier visit if needed in urgency.

ASN / PCS GR In SAP system.(provide split up if required)

Ensure under inspection clear.

Ensure Auto Bill Passing on time

Resolve queries related to procurement with store, Design, Inspection, manufacturing (user) GST and 

Account Department.

Find out monopoly supplier. Regularly follow up for material.
