Job profile -

Knowledge of powder coating equipment, such as Nordson or equivalent brand required.

Knowledge of powder paint cartridge type powder booths.

Powder defect analysis and root cause experience.

Monitoring the booth Parameters.

Looking after whole shift as an operation in-charge and controlling manpower per shift.

Making preventive & periodically maintenance schedule for paint shop process and equipment.

5S activity.

Monitoring painting process parameters (Pre treatment, powder,paint booth, Baking oven temperature).

Plan Preventive  maintenance.

Knowledge jig striping.
