Job profile  -

Handling of tool maintenance assets and personally lead trouble shooting problems.                      

Monitoring  the MTTR and MTBF of tool downtime and prepare MRM , MOM reports and action plan reports.

Break down, damage wear and tear effective analysis, corrective action & preventive action.

Quickly response and detaily investigate the tool damage and breakages.

Spare  parts and maintain  required quantity of spares , reorder the parts  lead time to manufacture.
