Job Profile:

Maintenance of machines such as Extrusions machines, molding press machines, skiving m/c, grinding m/c, Oven etc., machine?s electrical, hydraulic and pneumatic maintenance. 

Commissioning, installation and line adjusting of new machinery and processes &Project planning.

Maintenance on utility equipment such as D.G, compressor, transformer, switch yard, Chiller. AHU etc. Contract with vendors for A.M.C and keep observation for same.

Maintain Spares management Responsibilities

Designing maintenance strategies, procedures and methods for preventive, predictive, breakdown maintenance, Total Productivity Maintenance (TPM).  

Training operators and maintenance workers in maintenance of machines. 

Carrying out routine scheduled maintenance work and responding to equipment fault.

Carrying out quality inspections on repair and rehaul jobs.

Controlling maintenance tools, spares and equipment inventory and maintaining history of each machine and development work.

Vendor/ contractor management.

Also work on workers shift management & Daily, Weekly, monthly works planning.
