Job profile- 

Planning:- 

Planning machine, material, manpower before against the order to meet the customer requirement in term of quality, quantity and time. 

Setting up production targets and achieving the same within the time and cost parameters. 

Planning capacity and ensuring its optimum utilization. 

Developing contingency plan for machine and manpower. 

Prepare Molding & Press shop plan & schedule to meet daily, weekly & monthly target. 

Man power planning and ensure deployment of manpower to meet the schedule (shift wise). 

Daily Actual Production Vs. Plan Sheet 

Detail Study of production line to increase productivity. 

Ensure that all prefixed quality parameters are followed to improve quality. 

Ensure workers are trained to perform their duties 

To ensure safety of all workers during all times of operation through continuous training and on-job feedback based on observation apart from formal training conducted by HR. 

Maintaining all records as per Quality Management system. 

Coordination with ISO & TS Internal and External Auditors. 

Attending Quality Circle meeting. 

Raw material requirement plan & reconciliation. 

Physical verification of FG, RM & WIP inventory. Execution and follow up:- 

Ensure the timely starting of production to avoid bottleneck in delivery. 

Handle new m/c, mold and material trial. 

Follow up and assist preventive and break down maintenance of machine and mould. 

Follow up store for timely supply of material. 

Follow up personnel department for timely availability of man power. 

Follow plan vs. Production to avoid delays in deliveries.
