Job Profile -

Accounting And Finance 

Co-ordination for timely closure of books of accounts on monthly, quarterly and 

annual basis. 

Timely closure of books of group companies and providing financials of group 

company for consolidation to parent company

Managing Accounts payable and receivables. 

Handling the entire Fixed Assets Area and Capex Evaluation

Preparing daily cash flows and reporting to management towards proper and 

eminent utilization of cash.

Preparation of CMA and submission of various documents with banks for 

funding requirements.

Management of working capital.

Collaborate with management on initiating, developing, and executing possible 

funding strategies.

Business partnering with group companies to increase group revenue.



MIS

Responsible for month-end closing activities which includes Monthly P&L, Cash 

Flow, financial ratios and Working capital management etc to analyse financial 

stability of business.

Presenting financial reviews MIS to Management - branch wise and zone wise.

Involved in determination of product costing and its analysis on periodic basis.

Review of BOM cost, Price differences, Contribution analysis, Product weight 

variances.

Analysis of the Product Profitability and Sales realization and reporting to the 

management for deviation from standards.

Preparation of reports like Debtors & Creditors Ageing, Inventory Analysis, 

review of slow and non-moving stock, Customer wise revenue and sharing 

inputs to management wherever required. ? Budgeting

Preparing budgets & conducting variance analysis to determine difference 

between projected & actual results and implementing corrective actions for the 

same.

Analysis of variances and report to the management.

Discussion with management for cost control and cost effective measures. 

Allocation of Funds to departments as per the approved Budget.



Taxation and Compliances

Ensure timely filing and payment of All India GST, PF, PT, TDS and Income Tax 

(advance tax).

Coordinate with teams for timely filing of retuns incl and GST audits

Accountable for all Statutory Compliances for the Company, including 

Companies Act,Taxation and other govt authorities.

Liaisoning with Government Bodies or Consultants 

Evaluating internal control systems and streamline the processes wherever 

necessary.

Coordination with Internal and External auditors to increase efficiency and 

effectiveness.
