Knowledge on the Injection Molding Machine ? FEROMATIC(50-850T),FANUC,TOYO,L&T - (50 T - 300T),Joneal(130-400T),Asian(55-220T).

To perform Mould change activity as per planning of PPC and mould run with standard process sheet.

Process Setting & Monitoring.

Fault finding and Troubleshooting.

Multiple cavity mould handle ,MTC and HRC connect to mould.

Looking for STD production out-put.

Achieving Production Target/efficiency.

Product Weight control as per STD weight.

Work on Task Wastage Control, Process Down time Control,Rework Control.

Report Preparation and analysis .

Manpower handling.

Training to Associate to regarding machine,article,customer.

Implement 5s ? activity in shop floor area.
