Involved in Capacity planning, process planning, finalization of technical specifications, budgeting, procurement, scheduling, progress monitoring and etc. for injection molding unit.

Manages molding operations within the molding department to assure cost effective, on-time manufacture of quality products by ensuring the smooth operation while taking necessary action to increase productivity, improve quality and minimize production costs.

Conduct new mold trial and set the mold for production.

Responsible for Mold maintenance and Machine maintenance.

Monitor the compliance with the health & safety regulations within the molding area so as to minimize the possibility of accidents.
